Alex Frances | VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Alex facilitates all operations for Graves Hospitality Executive team. With over 22 years of hotel operational experience, Alex brings with him a wealth of knowledge surrounding rooms operations, food and beverage and revenue management. Six Sigma trained, with two degrees, one of which in Hospitality Management; Alex has become an integral part of Graves Hospitality with an immediate impact on our current growth projections and a focus on owner and brand relations.
Prior to joining Graves Hospitality, Alex was a General Manager for multiple hotels in Florida, California, Colorado and Washington State. He has successfully opened several hotels, been the lead on multiple renovations, as well as being the lead on multiple receivership and foreclosure transactions. His hotels have won multiple awards throughout the years, focusing on associate development, guest satisfaction while delivering to the bottom line for the owners.
Although Alex was born in Alaska, he has traveled the world, spending his childhood in Washington state and Europe with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and English from Washington State University.
